MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Alaunos Therapeutics, Inc. (TCRT)
Alaunos Therapeutics, Inc. (TCRT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, February 1, 2024. On that date, the current TCRT option class will change to TCRT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TCRT1 options. Therefore, no options on TCRT will be available for trading on Thursday, February 1, 2024.
Alaunos Therapeutics, Inc. (TCRT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, February 2, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TCRT will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
