MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: QIAGEN N.V. (QGEN)
QIAGEN N.V. (QGEN) has announced a repurchase plan effective for Tuesday, January 30, 2024. On that date, the current QGEN option class will change to QGEN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list QGEN1 options. Therefore, no options on QGEN will be available for trading on Tuesday, January 30, 2024.
QIAGEN N.V. (QGEN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, January 31, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in QGEN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, January 29, 2024.
