MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (INO)
Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (INO) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, January 25, 2024. On that date, the current INO option class will change to INO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list INO1 options. Therefore, no options on INO will be available for trading on Thursday, January 25, 2024.
Inovio Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (INO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 26, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in INO will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
