MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Inseego Corporation (INSG) and United States Natural Gas Fund, LP (UNG)
Inseego Corporation (INSG) and United States Natural Gas Fund, LP (UNG) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Wednesday, January 24, 2024. On that date, the current INSG and UNG option classes will change to INSG1 and UNG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list INSG1 and UNG1 options. Therefore, no options on INSG or UNG will be available for trading on Wednesday, January 24, 2024.
Inseego Corporation (INSG) and United States Natural Gas Fund, LP (UNG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, January 25, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in INSG and UNG will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, January 23, 2024.
