MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of CONX Corp. (CONX)

CONX Corp. (CONX) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CONX will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, January 12, 2024.
