MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action PAVmed Inc. (PAVM)

PAVmed Inc. (PAVM) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, January 11, 2024. On that date, the current PAVM option class will change to PAVM2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list PAVM2 options. Therefore, no options on PAVM will be available for trading on Thursday, January 11, 2024. 

PAVmed Inc. (PAVM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, January 12, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PAVM have been canceled.
