U.S. Options

As previously announced in our January 4, 2024 Alert, MIAX is preparing to launch the new MIAX Sapphire Options exchange which will include both an electronic exchange and a physical trading floor to be located in Miami, Florida. MIAX plans to launch the MIAX Sapphire (SPHR) electronic exchange functionality on Monday, April 8, 2024, pending SEC approval. The trading floor and its associated functionality will be available at a date to be announced later in 2024.

A list of symbols and anticipated timeline for the first three rollout dates is attached. The schedule for the rollout of additional symbols will be published in a future Alert.

Important Dates:

• MIAX is currently accepting connectivity requests to both the Production and Firm Test Bed environments
• Access to the Firm Test Bed environment is currently available
• Industry test dates are currently scheduled for:
  • March 9, 2024
  • March 23, 2024
  • April 6, 2024
