MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Banco Macro S.A. (BMA)
Banco Macro S.A. (BMA) has announced a payment of a dividend in-kind effective for Friday, January 5, 2024. On that date, the current BMA option class will change to BMA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BMA1 options. Therefore, no options on BMA will be available for trading on Friday, January 5, 2024.
Banco Macro S.A. (BMA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, January 8, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BMA will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, January 4, 2024.
