MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Special Cash Dividends

Special Cash Dividends have been announced for the following:

  • Farmland Partners Inc. (FPI)
  • Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (HST)
  • Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. (PK)
  • Rayonier Inc. (RYN)
Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, December 28, 2023.

FPI, HST, PK and RYN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FPI, HST, PK and RYN will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
