MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: MBIA Inc. (MBI)
MBIA Inc. (MBI) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Tuesday, December 26, 2023. On that date, the current MBI option class will change to MBI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MBI1 options. Therefore, no options on MBI will be available for trading on Tuesday, December 26, 2023.
MBIA Inc. (MBI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, December 27, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MBI will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, December 22, 2023.
