MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cassava Sciences, Inc. (SAVA)
Cassava Sciences, Inc. (SAVA) has announced a warrants distribution effective for Thursday, December 21, 2023. On that date, the current SAVA option class will change to SAVA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SAVA1 options. Therefore, no options on SAVA will be available for trading on Thursday, December 21, 2023.
Cassava Sciences, Inc. (SAVA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, December 22, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SAVA will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.
