Fidus Investment Corporation (FDUS) and Main Street Capital Corporation (MAIN) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. FDUS and MAIN options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FDUS and MAIN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, December 18, 2023.
