MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Special Cash Dividends
Avis Budget Group, Inc. (CAR), EOG Resources, Inc. (EOG) and PACCAR Inc. (PCAR) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Thursday, December 14, 2023. CAR, EOG and PCAR options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CAR, EOG and PCAR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, December 13, 2023.
