MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY)
Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY) has announced a dividend effective for Wednesday, December 6, 2023. On that date, the current CRESY option class will change to CRES2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CRES2 options. Therefore, no options on CRESY will be available for trading on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
Cresud S.A.C.I.F. y A. (CRESY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, December 7, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CRESY will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.
