MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Cartesian Therapeutics, Inc. (RNAC) and Worthington Industries, Inc. (WOR)
Cartesian Therapeutics, Inc. (RNAC) and Worthington Industries, Inc. (WOR) have announced distributions effective for Friday, December 1, 2023. On that date, the current RNAC and WOR option classes will change to RNAC1 and WOR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RNAC1 and WOR1 options. Therefore, no options on RNAC or WOR will be available for trading on Friday, December 1, 2023.
Cartesian Therapeutics, Inc. (RNAC) and Worthington Industries, Inc. (WOR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, December 4, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RNAC and WOR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
