MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. (PRAX)
Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. (PRAX) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, November 29, 2023. On that date, the current PRAX option class will change to PRAX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list PRAX1 options. Therefore, no options on PRAX will be available for trading on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
Praxis Precision Medicines, Inc. (PRAX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PRAX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
