FLEX LNG Ltd. (FLNG) and Haverty Furniture Companies, Inc. (HVT) have announced a Special Cash Dividend. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Monday, November 27, 2023. FLNG and HVT options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FLNG and HVT will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, November 24, 2023.
