MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: trivago N.V. (TRVG)
trivago N.V. (TRVG) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, November 17, 2023. On that date, the current TRVG option class will change to TRVG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TRVG1 options. Therefore, no options on TRVG will be available for trading on Friday, November 17, 2023.
trivago N.V. (TRVG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, November 20, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TRVG will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
