MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Alkermes plc (ALKS)
Alkermes plc (ALKS) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, November 16, 2023. On that date, the current ALKS option class will change to ALKS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ALKS1 options. Therefore, no options on ALKS will be available for trading on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
Alkermes plc (ALKS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, November 17, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ALKS will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
