MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (HYMC)
Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (HYMC) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, November 15, 2023. On that date, the current HYMC option class will change to HYMC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list HYMC1 options. Therefore, no options on HYMC will be available for trading on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (HYMC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HYMC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
