MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: trivago N.V. (TRVG)
trivago N.V. (TRVG) has announced a cash dividend effective for Tuesday, November 14, 2023. On that date, the current TRVG option class will change to TRVG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TRVG1 options. Therefore, no options on TRVG will be available for trading on Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
trivago N.V. (TRVG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 15, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TRVG will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 13, 2023.
