MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - AFG, CRBG and CVI
American Financial Group, Inc. (AFG) , Corebridge Financial, Inc. (CRBG) and CVR Energy, Inc. (CVI) have announced Special Cash Dividends. Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, November 10, 2023. AFG, CRBG and CVI options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AFG, CRBG and CVI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 9, 2023.
