MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings for Symbol LIN Effective Tuesday, November 7, 2023

Linde plc (“LIN”) will transfer primary listing from the New York Stock Exchange to the NASDAQ Global Select Market (“NASDAQ”) on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
