MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC)
W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, November 2, 2023. On that date, the current WPC option class will change to WPC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list WPC1 options. Therefore, no options on WPC will be available for trading on Thursday, November 2, 2023.
W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, November 3, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WPC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, November 1, 2023.
