MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Spruce Power Holding Corporation (SPRU)
Spruce Power Holding Corporation (SPRU) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, October 9, 2023. On that date, the current SPRU option class changes to SPRU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SPRU1 options. Therefore, no options on SPRU will be available for trading on Monday, October 9, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SPRU will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, October 6, 2023.
Spruce Power Holding Corporation (SPRU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
