MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Novartis AG (NVS)
Novartis AG (NVS) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, October 4, 2023. On that date, the current NVS option class will change to NVS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NVS1 options. Therefore, no options on NVS will be available for trading on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
Novartis AG (NVS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, October 5, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NVS will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
