MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Lithium Americas Corporation (LAC)
Lithium Americas Corporation (LAC) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, October 4, 2023. On that date, the current LAC option class changes to LAC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LAC1 options. Therefore, no options on LAC will be available for trading on Wednesday, October 4, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LAC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
Lithium Americas Corporation (LAC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, October 5, 2023.
