MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (ARR) and EBET, INC. (EBET)
ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (ARR) and EBET, INC. (EBET) have announced reverse splits effective for Monday, October 2, 2023. On that date, the current ARR option class will change to ARR1 and the current EBET option class will change to EBET1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ARR1 and EBET1 options. Therefore, no options on ARR and EBET will be available for trading on Monday, October 2, 2023.
ARMOUR Residential REIT, Inc. (ARR) and EBET, INC. (EBET) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, October 3, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ARR and EBET will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 29, 2023.
