MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Safe & Green Holdings Corporation (SGBX)
Safe & Green Holdings Corporation (SGBX) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, September 28, 2023. On that date, the current SGBX option class will change to SGBX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SGBX1 options. Therefore, no options on SGBX will be available for trading on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
Safe & Green Holdings Corporation (SGBX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, September 29, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SGBX will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
