U.S. Options

As previously announced in our August 11, 2023 Alert, MIAX will launch the new MIAX Sapphire Options exchange in Q2 2024, pending SEC approval. Additional details and links to important information are included below.

Important Dates:

• The MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange User Manual will be available in Q4 2023
• We will begin accepting connectivity requests to both the Production and Firm Test Bed environments on January 5, 2024
• Access to the Firm Test Bed environment is currently scheduled for January 8, 2024
• Industry test dates are currently scheduled for:
  • March 9, 2024
  • March 23, 2024
  • April 6, 2024
