MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Rubicon Technologies, Inc. (RBT)
Rubicon Technologies, Inc. (RBT) has announced a reverse split effective for Wednesday, September 27, 2023. On that date, the current RBT option class will change to RBT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RBT1 options. Therefore, no options on RBT will be available for trading on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
Rubicon Technologies, Inc. (RBT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, September 28, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RBT will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
