MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Sonder Holdings Inc. (SOND)
Sonder Holdings Inc. (SOND) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, September 21, 2023. On that date, the current SOND option class changes to SOND1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SOND1 options. Therefore, no options on SOND will be available for trading on Thursday, September 21, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SOND will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 20, 2023.
Sonder Holdings Inc. (SOND) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, September 22, 2023.
