MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delistings Effective for September 18, 2023

The following option classes will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Monday, September 18, 2023:

  • AYRO, Inc. (AYRO)
  • PHAXIAM Therapeutics S.A. (PHXM)
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AYRO and PHXM were canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 15, 2023.
