MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Astra Space, Inc. (ASTR)
Astra Space, Inc. (ASTR) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, September 14, 2023. On that date, the current ASTR option class changes to ASTR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ASTR1 options. Therefore, no options on ASTR will be available for trading on Thursday, September 14, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ASTR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
Astra Space, Inc. (ASTR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, September 15, 2023.
