MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: WeWork, Inc. (WE)
WeWork, Inc. (WE) has announced a reverse split effective for Tuesday, September 5, 2023. On that date, the current WE option class changes to WE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list WE1 options. Therefore, no options on WE will be available for trading on Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 1, 2023.
WeWork, Inc. (WE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
