MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Spire Global, Inc. (SPIR)
Spire Global, Inc. (SPIR) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, August 31, 2023. On that date, the current SPIR option class changes to SPIR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SPIR1 options. Therefore, no options on SPIR will be available for trading on Thursday, August 31, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SPIR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
Spire Global, Inc. (SPIR) ) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, September 1, 2023.
