MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao (CBD) and Rush Enterprises, Inc. (RUSHA)
Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao (CBD) has announced a stock split and Rush Enterprises, Inc. (RUSHA) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, August 29, 2023. On that date, the current CBD and RUSHA option classes will change to CBD1 and RUSH1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CBD1 and RUSH1 options. Therefore, no options on CBD or RUSHA will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
Companhia Brasileira de Distribuicao (CBD) and Rush Enterprises, Inc. (RUSHA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CBD and RUSHA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 28, 2023.
