MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ideanomics, Inc. (IDEX)
Ideanomics, Inc. (IDEX) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, August 25, 2023. On that date, the current IDEX option class changes to IDEX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list IDEX1 options. Therefore, no options on IDEX will be available for trading on Friday, August 25, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in IDEX will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 24, 2023.
Ideanomics, Inc. (IDEX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, August 28, 2023.
