MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC)
AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, August 23, 2023. On that date, the current AMC option class changes to AMC2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AMC2 options. Therefore, no options on AMC will be available for trading on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMC will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, August 22, 2023.
AMC Entertainment Holdings, Inc. (AMC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, August 24, 2023.
