MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: AXS 1.25X NVDA Bear Daily ETF (NVDS)
AXS 1.25X NVDA Bear Daily ETF (NVDS) announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, August 15, 2023. On that date, the current NVDS option class changes to NVDS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NVDS1 options. Therefore, no options on NVDS will be available for trading on Tuesday, August 15, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NVDS will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, August 14, 2023.
AXS 1.25X NVDA Bear Daily ETF (NVDS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, August 16, 2023.
