MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Mogo Inc. (MOGO)
Mogo Inc. (MOGO) announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, August 14, 2023. On that date, the current MOGO option class changes to MOGO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list MOGO1 options. Therefore, no options on MOGO will be available for trading on Monday, August 14, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in MOGO will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 11, 2023.
Mogo Inc. (MOGO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. Additional details about the Mogo Inc. (MOGO) reverse split are provided in the attached OCC Memo.
