MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Bionano Genomics, Inc. (BNGO)
Bionano Genomics, Inc. (BNGO) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, August 7, 2023. On that date, the current BNGO option class will change to BNGO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BNGO1 options. Therefore, no options on BNGO will be available for trading on Monday, August 7, 2023.
Bionano Genomics, Inc. (BNGO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BNGO will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, August 4, 2023.
