U.S. Options

National CineMedia, Inc. (NCMI) has announced a reverse split effective for Friday, August 4, 2023. On that date, the current NCMI option class will change to NCMI1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NCMI1 options. Therefore, no options on NCMI will be available for trading on Friday, August 4, 2023. 

National CineMedia, Inc. (NCMI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, August 7, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NCMI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, August 3, 2023.
