MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Organigram Holdings Inc. (OGI)
Organigram Holdings Inc. (OGI) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, July 7, 2023. On that date, the current OGI option class will change to OGI1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list OGI1 options. Therefore, no options on OGI will be available for trading on Friday, July 7, 2023.
Organigram Holdings Inc. (OGI) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, July 10, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OGI will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
