MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: BorgWarner Inc. (BWA)

BorgWarner Inc. (BWA) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, July 5, 2023. On that date, the current BWA option class will change to BWA1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BWA1 options. Therefore, no options on BWA will be available for trading on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. 

BorgWarner Inc. (BWA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, July 6, 2023.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BWA will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 3, 2023.
