MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: 22nd Century Group, Inc. (XXII)
22nd Century Group, Inc. (XXII) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, July 5, 2023. On that date, the current XXII option class will change to XXII1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list XXII1 options. Therefore, no options on XXII will be available for trading on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.
22nd Century Group, Inc. (XXII) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, July 6, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in XXII will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 3, 2023.
