MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Biotricity, Inc. (BTCY)
Biotricity, Inc. (BTCY) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, July 3, 2023. On that date, the current BTCY option class will change to BTCY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BTCY1 options. Therefore, no options on BTCY will be available for trading on Monday, July 3, 2023.
Biotricity, Inc. (BTCY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BTCY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 30, 2023.
