MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Ramaco Resources, Inc. (METC)
Ramaco Resources, Inc. (METC) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, June 22, 2023. On that date, the current METCoption class will change to METC1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list METC1 options. Therefore, no options on METC will be available for trading on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
Ramaco Resources, Inc. (METC) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 23, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in METC will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
