MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Leap Therapeutics, Inc. (LPTX)
Leap Therapeutics, Inc. (LPTX) has announced a reverse split effective for Wednesday, June 21, 2023. On that date, the current LPTX option class will change to LPTX1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list LPTX1 options. Therefore, no options on LPTX will be available for trading on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
Leap Therapeutics, Inc. (LPTX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LPTX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
