MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Douglas Elliman Inc. (DOUG)
Douglas Elliman Inc. (DOUG) has declared a 5% Stock Dividend effective for Wednesday, June 21, 2023. On that date, the current DOUG option class will change to DOUG1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DOUG1 options. Therefore, no options on DOUG will be available for trading on Wednesday, June 21, 2023.
Douglas Elliman Inc. (DOUG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, June 22, 2023.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DOUG will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, June 20, 2023.
